What People Say About Working at ERWSD
“Whether you are an operator, engineer, or administration professional we all are working together to ensure that we are protecting our environment by meeting our regulations for wastewater and by creating high quality drinking water for our community. We are encouraged to think outside of the box which creates a refreshing and open environment when we work cross departmentally. The culture continues on after we shut the lights off for the night as a majority of our employees recreate and volunteer in the amazing environment that is Eagle County, Colorado which creates opportunity for friendship and fellowship that only strengthens our bonds as teammates.”Dan Siebert, Risk Manager – joined 2008
“One of the things that I enjoy most at ERWSD is that the mountain is my backyard. The location, people, environment. The work life balance that is strongly supported and encouraged. I also enjoy doing the Farmers’ Market and being able to interact with customers who use the product I help create. It’s a great place to work!”Bill Sullivan, Lead Water Operator – Joined in 2013
“People genuinely care about each other here and work-life balance is really important; we really want people in a healthy spot so everyone can thrive: the organization and each individual. Then we can all do our best work!”Louise Reiter, Controller – Joined in 2004
