“My favorite part of working at ERWSD is the fact that the District provides a critical public health function. I find the public service aspect of the work incredibly rewarding. I enjoy when a project is completed and my customers (operators and end-users) are pleased with the results. We have the opportunity to be a part of a public service entity while working on a complicated, ever-changing water and wastewater system in a mountain resort atmosphere.”Jeff Schneider, Engineering Manager – Joined in 2012
“One of the things I enjoy most about ERWSD are the unlimited opportunities to learn and challenge yourself. Earlier in my career, working as a consultant, I was on the design side of the EWWTF expansion project- it’s a thrill to be here now and see the project actually constructed. This project has been a huge part of most of my professional career- and now I work for ERWSD and get to see it all come to life.”Melissa Marts, Project Engineer – Joined in 2012
“Everyday is different and there is never a dull moment within the field crew!”Abel Vasquez, Experienced Systems Maintenance Operator – joined in 2009
