Description

The Water Conservation Specialist plays a key role in helping our community use water wisely while supporting the Eagle River Water & Sanitation District’s commitment to protecting public health and local watersheds. In this role, you’ll combine customer outreach with data-driven insights to encourage water-saving behaviors and help manage water-use programs across customer types.

You will support water conservation programs by analyzing water-use data, monitoring weekly watering reports, and tracking the success of outreach efforts to ensure compliance with District policies. You will also communicate Water Use Regulations and Violations, respond to customer inquiries, and share data-driven insights with leadership to support ongoing communications and programming.

We’re looking for someone who is excited to learn about water conservation technology and operations, enjoys working with data, and thrives in a customer-focused environment. If you are passionate about environmental sustainability, like solving problems with both people and data, and want to make a real impact, this role is a great fit.
